Assumption College became the first recipient of the Award instituted by KeralaSportsCouncil for The Best College for Sports & Games.
Assumption becomes Sub-centre for the Centre for Continuing Education Kerala.
Sr. Geo Maria, Principal, was nominated Syndicate member of the M.G. University by the Government of Kerala, the first nun to be so
honoured.
